Neobuild LTD. is an initiative of the private sector of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg created by the Council for the Economic Development of Construction (CDEC). Its aim is to promote Research, Development and Innovation (RDI) in the susatinable construction sector.

As the first Cluster of this kind, Neobuild is destined to become the platform for the emergence of innovation by supporting the development of SMBs and their establishment in Luxembourg and in the Greater Region.
